DocSeva is a WhatsApp-based doctor appointment booking service operated by Suman Services. We help patients find and book in-clinic doctor appointments through WhatsApp without requiring any app download.

2. Information We Collect

When you use DocSeva, we may collect the following information:

WhatsApp phone number – used to identify your account and send booking confirmations.
Patient name and age – collected during the booking flow for the appointment record.
Appointment details – doctor selected, date, time slot, and symptoms (optional).
Payment information – UPI transaction reference or payment method chosen. We do not store full payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

To confirm and manage your doctor appointment.
To send booking confirmations and appointment reminders via WhatsApp.
To process payments and generate booking references.
To notify doctors or clinic staff of confirmed bookings.
To improve our service and resolve support queries.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only with:

The doctor / clinic you book with — they receive your name, age, and appointment details.
Payment processors (e.g., Razorpay / UPI providers) — only the details needed to complete your payment.
WhatsApp / Meta — messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business API.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on AWS (Mumbai region). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage and restricted access controls. Your WhatsApp number and booking details are stored only as long as needed to provide the service.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at sumankum782@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

7. Cookies

The DocSeva service operates primarily through WhatsApp. Our website (status.docseva.in) does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will always be available at docseva.in/privacy. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
