1. About DocSeva

DocSeva is a WhatsApp-based doctor appointment booking platform operated by Suman Services. By using this service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

DocSeva provides a technology platform that allows patients to:

Search for available doctors by city, name, or symptom.
Book in-clinic appointment slots via WhatsApp.
Make payments for consultation fees via UPI or cash at clinic.
Receive appointment confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp.

DocSeva is a booking intermediary only. We are not a healthcare provider. Medical consultations are provided by the respective doctors and clinics.

3. Pricing

Platform fee for patients: ₹0 (Free). DocSeva does not charge patients any booking or platform fee.
Doctor consultation fee: ₹300 onwards (set by the individual doctor/clinic). This fee is paid directly to the clinic — via UPI or cash at clinic.
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or clinic confirmation.
A unique booking reference (e.g., RX-0001) is issued for every confirmed appointment.
Payments made via UPI are processed through third-party payment processors. DocSeva is not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment processors.
For UPI payments, you must include your booking reference in the payment remarks to ensure proper reconciliation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

Cancellations requested more than 24 hours before the appointment: eligible for a refund of the consultation fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours: no refund (clinic's discretion).
No-shows: not eligible for a refund.
Platform fee: not applicable (₹0).

6. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information (name, age, symptoms) during booking.
You are responsible for arriving at the clinic at the scheduled time.
DocSeva is not responsible for the quality or outcome of medical consultations.
You must not use this platform for emergency medical situations. For emergencies, call 112.

7. Limitation of Liability

Suman Services (DocSeva) acts solely as a technology intermediary. We are not liable for:

The medical advice, treatment, or outcome provided by any doctor.
Appointment cancellations or delays caused by doctors or clinics.
Loss or damage arising from failure to attend a booked appointment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at docseva.in/terms.
